What are Leadership Cohorts?
Cultivate your leader identity and develop an elevated sense of purpose with this intensive year-long leader development experience. Through this program, students participate in a variety of Doerr Institute programs and have exclusive access to tailored offerings and experts.
Leadership Cohorts include:
- Activation: Access to three one-on-one coaching conversations
- Leadership Challenge 360 Assessment Tool
- Excursions: Access to experts in team leadership
- Two Catalyst modules: Topics to be determined by cohort theme
New to Doerr?
You must have completed a semester of Activation before qualifying for this program.
Already taken Doerr programs?
This is the perfect fit for students who have participated in Doerr programs and are ready to take their skills to the next level.
